Silverline overload limiter can be used as overload protector and/or no load slack rope
switch. There are manufactured from capacities from 6mm to 24mm rope diameters. They are
simple mechanically operated limiters which can be adopted on any existing set up without
much hassle.
This is a most accepted equipment for preventing overloading of
crane from mishandling or by unknowingly lifting the load at angular positions which
actually transmits excessive load on wire rope and indirectly on crane.
There is
no need to reset the equipment as after the cut off limiter sets automatically to original
position so crane use can be started immediately again. We test every piece for its
operation on a test rig and can supply Load Limiter with preset load limiting condition.
